Please read the following terms and conditions carefully; they constitute a binding agreement between you and 20/b's Pizza. By accessing this website or using our services, you signify your acceptance of these terms.
Eligibility & Access

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to agree to this Agreement. If you are between 15 and 18, a parent or guardian must register on your behalf. Children under 15 may not use this site.

Availability: We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our service without notice. We are not liable if the site is unavailable at any time.
Orders & Payments

Contract: Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only once you receive an Order Confirmation email and payment is received in full.

Pricing: Prices are as indicated on the site, excluding GST and delivery costs (added at checkout), except in cases of obvious error.

Payment Security: All payments are processed via our secure gateways. All cardholders are subject to validation checks. We are not liable for delays if your card issuer refuses authorization.
Shipping & Delivery

Logistics: Deliveries for 20/b's Pizza are handled by our shipping partners and operate 7 days a week.

Risk & Ownership: Responsibility for the products passes to you upon delivery. Ownership only passes to you once full payment (including delivery) is received.
Cancellations & Errors

Corrections: If you notice an error in your Order Confirmation, you must notify us before the dispatch notification is sent.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a refund in the form of store credit, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Reporting: If your Pizzookies arrive damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, notify us immediately.

Timeframe: Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Any supporting info requested by our team must be sent within 72 hours.

Inspection: In the case of damage, please retain all products and packaging for inspection.

Resolution: If verified, we will offer store credit for the price paid (including delivery) or provide a credit for future products at our discretion.
Disclaimers

Taste: Since taste is subjective, we cannot provide refunds or store credit simply because a flavor is not to your personal liking.

Appearance: We aim for accuracy, but product colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. We cannot accept returns based on screen-to-product color discrepancies.

Third-Party Purchases: We do not accept returns or complaints for products purchased from any outlet other than this official website.
