Freshness & Quality

At 20/b's Pizza, we believe every Pizzookie should taste like it just came out of our oven.

  • Shelf Life: Our Pizzookie recipes are specifically engineered for transit, maintaining peak freshness and flavor for 15-30 days when stored according to the instructions provided.

  • Premium Packaging: We use custom-designed, A-grade sealed packaging to protect the texture and gooey goodness of your Pizzookie. We’ve invested months into R&D to ensure the "shipped" experience matches the "in-store" experience.

Shipping Process

  • Dispatch: Once your order is placed, we typically dispatch within 24 hours.

Order Tracking & Confirmation

To keep you in the loop, we send updates at every stage:

  1. Order Received: Immediate confirmation that your request is in our system.

  2. Order Confirmed: Once we verify your details, you'll receive a second email. Note: If we cannot reach you via phone, text, or email to confirm necessary details, the order will be cancelled.

  3. Order Dispatched: Includes your tracking information.

  4. Delivery Confirmation: Sent once your Pizzookies have arrived.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order via email as long as it has not yet been dispatched.

  • Refund Method: All approved refunds are issued as store credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take extreme care in packing, but if things go wrong:

  • Reporting: If your order is damaged, incorrect (wrong flavor), or incomplete, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution: After a brief investigation, we will either re-ship the items or provide store credit.

  • Timeline: Any additional information or photos requested by our team must be submitted within 72 hours of your initial report.


Disclaimers

  • Appearance: While we strive for visual perfection, the colors of our Pizzookies and packaging may vary slightly based on your monitor settings. We cannot offer refunds based on minor color discrepancies.

  • Taste: Taste is subjective! We’ve spent countless hours perfecting our recipes, but we cannot accept returns or provide refunds simply because a specific flavor wasn't to your personal liking.
