How long do Pizzookies last? Our Pizzookies are baked to stay fresh. They have a shelf life of 15-30 days from the date of shipping when kept in their original, sealed packaging.
How do I store my Pizzookies? To maintain that perfect gooey texture and lock in freshness, store your Pizzookies in the freezer. Once opened, keep them in an airtight container within the freezer to prevent them from drying out.
Are 20/b's Pizzookies Gluten-Free? Please refer to the specific flavor's product page for allergen details. Currently, our standard Pizzookies contain gluten.
Do you offer Eggless Pizzookies? Yes! All our Pizzookies are 100% eggless.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you deliver Pizzookies to my city? We ship our Pizzookies Pan-India! If your pincodes is serviced by major courier partners, we can deliver a fresh box to your doorstep.
Why are shipping charges different for Ahmedabad vs. Pan-India? Ahmedabad orders are dispatched locally from our central kitchen. Pan-India shipping requires specialized long-distance logistics to ensure your Pizzookies arrive in perfect condition.
How can I track my order? Once your order is on the way, we will send an Order Dispatch email containing a tracking link so you can follow your Pizzookies in real-time.
What time can I expect my delivery? Deliveries typically occur between 10 AM and 8 PM, depending on the courier’s local route in your city.
⚠️ Cancellations & Issues
I received the wrong flavor. What should I do? If your order isn't what you requested, please WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will investigate and provide store credit or a replacement.
How can I cancel my Pizzookie order? Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once they leave our kitchen, we can no longer cancel the shipment.
My Pizzookies arrived damaged. What do I do? If your parcel is damaged, notify us within 24 hours. Please keep all packaging and products for inspection so we can process your store credit refund.
